Providing evidence-based psychotherapy for anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and body-focused repetitive behaviors
In therapy, we’ll address current challenges while increasing awareness of the thoughts and behaviors that may be limiting your growth. Together, we’ll build skills aligned with your values and strengths, using tailored, evidence-based strategies, including exposure exercises when appropriate, to help you face anxiety triggers (e.g., elevators, bridges, malls) and develop greater confidence, resilience, and freedom in your daily life.

INDIVIDUALS
We provide evidence-based individual therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and acceptance-based approaches to help you reduce avoidance, build resilience, and regain control of your life.
FAMILIES
Our family therapy services help families impacted by anxiety or obsessive compulsive disorders reduce accommodation patterns, strengthen coping skills, and support lasting change through evidence-based strategies that build confidence and resilience.
PARENTS
We offer coaching and consultation for parents of anxious children and teens, providing practical, research-supported tools to help you respond effectively, reduce reassurance cycles, and empower your child to manage anxiety and face fears with confidence.
PROFESSIONALS
We offer clinical consultation for therapists treating child and adult anxiety and OCD, providing case conceptualization support, ERP guidance, and community resources to strengthen your treatment planning and clinical confidence.

Dr. Lamb has worked in the mental health field for more than 20 years and has learned the evidence-based treatments for anxiety, OCD, BFRBs, and Tics.​​
