Whether you’re an individual, or a family looking for help - my therapy sessions are designed to collaborate with you to identify the challenges, and build you strengths to help develop your confidence and distress tolerance.
INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY FOR CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS
During therapy sessions, we’ll work to identify current problems and understand the patterns that keep you stuck with rumination, obsessional thinking or compulsive behaviors. We will utilize cognitive and behavioral techniques, such as response prevention and exposure therapy, and acceptance based techniques to provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.

And, this tends to take away confidence that the family member can handle their anxious thoughts. However, with family work we identify the anxious thoughts, the skills for each family member that need to be strengthened and plan a new course of thriving instead of hiding from the uncertainty of the world.
