Since 2004, I have provided my clients with evidence-based psychological services to address their anxiety, OCD, panic, generalized anxiety, and specific phobias. In addition, I have treated clients struggling with trichotillomania, and other body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB). Whether you’re an individual, or a family looking for help - my therapy sessions are designed to collaborate with you to identify the challenges, and build you strengths to help develop your confidence and distress tolerance.

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY FOR CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS
During therapy sessions, we’ll work to identify current problems and understand the patterns that keep you stuck with rumination, obsessional thinking or compulsive behaviors. We will utilize cognitive and behavioral techniques, such as response prevention and exposure therapy, and acceptance based techniques to provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.
Families with an anxious child or parent often feel uncertain as to how to help. If they give accommodations because their family member is anxious, then anxiety tends to be greedy and want more and more. And, this tends to take away confidence that the family member can handle their anxious thoughts. However, with family work we identify the anxious thoughts, the skills for each family member that need to be strengthened and plan a new course of thriving instead of hiding from the uncertainty of the world.
